Any UNDERLINED rule will probably change as we get more members.
Any ITALIC rule is new or updated.
Any STROKE rules is not a rule anymore.
so the general stuffs is ;
! You must have our banner up BEFORE you ask to affiliate with us. I will check.
! Your banner MUST BE 88x31
! Your site must stay active. If you fall inactive, your banner comes down. This means having at least ten active members.
! You must keep our banner up; our banner goes down, so does yours.
! Do not ask to be a recommended site; I choose those personally.
! Don't just put up your banner. Tell me your site name, the admins, and what it's about; just like an advertisement, only with the button(or a link to your buttons) added to it.
! Pretty please, no blinding skins.
